David Craan collected three hits as the DuPage Drones (1-1) took home a 4-3 victory over the Kokomo Jackrabbits (1-1) at Kokomo Municipal Stadium on Friday.

Jon Laird baffled the Kokomo Jackrabbits, striking out 10 batters. Laird allowed no earned runs on four hits and three walks over 4 2/3 innings.

Nicholas Benedetto improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the DuPage Drones. Benedetto struck out four, walked two and gave up no hits.

Evan Lovick (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
