A walk-off single from Tyler Tewell brought home the winning run for the Gateway Grizzlies (15-19) in a 4-3 victory over the Florence Freedom in 10 innings at GCS Ballpark on Sunday.

Blake Brown went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Gateway Grizzlies. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.

Jon Pusateri improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Gateway Grizzlies. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Ethan Gibbons ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.
