Shane Smith hopes every outing could go as well as Sunday, as Smith gave up two hits to carry the Cincinnati Steam (20-16) to a 9-2 victory over the Xenia Scouts (24-13) at Gradys Field.

The Cincinnati Steam blew out the Xenia Scouts thanks to 18 hits, including zero extra base hits.
