Ben Havel both hit and pitched well for the Hamilton Joes (9-6), but it wasn't enough as the Hamilton Joes fell to the Irish Hills Leprechauns (8-7) 7-4 at Foundation Field on Tuesday.

Darien Smith couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Hamilton Joes, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 1 2/3 innings, walked four and struck out two.
