Nick Ernst kept the Cincinnati Steam (11-3) off the board during his six innings of work and the Lima Locos (12-3) beat the Cincinnati Steam, 11-3.

Ernst allowed two hits, two walks and struck out five.

The Lima Locos blew out the Cincinnati Steam thanks to 16 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Lima Locos scored three runs in the sixth on the Lima Locos scored in the sixth on , an RBI double by DayFran Ortiz, a double by Ortiz, , and a single by Jason Sullivan.

Daino Deas II racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Lima Locos. He singled in the second and fifth innings and doubled in the eighth inning.
