Luis Jimenez went 2-5, sparking the Lorain County Ironmen (17-24) to a 5-2 victory over the Irish Hills Leprechauns (21-20) on Saturday at Spring Arbor University.

The Irish Hills Leprechauns couldn't get anything going as long as Michael Stryffeler was pitching. Stryffeler held the Irish Hills Leprechauns hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two.

Jordan Grosjean baffled the Lorain County Ironmen, striking out 11 batters. Grosjean allowed two earned runs, six hits and three walks over six innings.

Mark Mittiga improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Lorain County Ironmen. He allowed two runs over six innings. Mittiga struck out four, walked one and gave up seven hits.

Grosjean (4-3) took the loss for the Irish Hills Leprechauns.
