A superb effort by Grant Peters led the Irish Hills Leprechauns (11-14) to a 13-1 win over the Lorain County Ironmen on Saturday at The Pipeyard.

Peters got the win for the Irish Hills Leprechauns thanks to eight strikeouts. Peters allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk over nine innings.

Kelly racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Irish Hills Leprechauns.

Mark Mittiga ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
