The Hamilton Joes (8-4) took down the Lorain County Ironmen (6-6) 7-1 on Tuesday at The Pipeyard after slamming the Lorain County Ironmen with four runs in the seventh inning.

The Hamilton Joes scored in the seventh on an RBI single by Jackson Boyce, an RBI single by Tyler Thamann, and a two-run single by Thamann.

It was a good day at the plate for the Hamilton Joes' Ben Spiztnagel. Spiztnagel went 3-4 and scored two runs. He singled in the first, fifth, and seventh innings.

The Lorain County Ironmen couldn't get anything going so long as Chase Antle was on the hill. The Lorain County Ironmen managed just two hits off of Antle, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out five during his five innings of work.

Josh Armbruster (0-2) took the loss for the Lorain County Ironmen. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
