Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Friday as the Lorain County Ironmen (1-1) outscored the Galion Graders (1-1) 12-8.

The teams totaled 25 hits in the game.

Luis Jimenez racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Lorain County Ironmen. He singled in the fourth, sixth, and eighth innings.

Reilly Hawkins racked up five RBIs on two hits for the Galion Graders. He homered in the fourth inning and tripled in the sixth inning.

Trevor Ray improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Lorain County Ironmen. He struck out three, walked three and surrendered no hits.

Jake Stout (0-1) took the loss for the Galion Graders. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
