Alex Perry went 2-4 as the Brockton Rox (14-19) took home a 5-4 victory over the North Shore Navigators (15-18) at Fraser Field on Saturday.

Bryce Tucker handled the North Shore Navigators' lineup with ease, racking up six strikeouts. Tucker allowed three earned runs on four hits and one walk over 6 2/3 innings.

A bright spot for the North Shore Navigators in the defeat was Bobby Tramondozzi, who allowed only two runs while striking out five.

Bryce Verplank improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Brockton Rox. Verplank struck out four, walked three and gave up no hits.

Quinn DiPasquale (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.
