James Mensing collected three hits as the Klamath Falls Gems (2-4) took home a 9-6 victory over the Atwater Aviators (2-6) at Kiger Stadium on Saturday.

Kolin Kubitz was solid at the plate for the Atwater Aviators. Kubitz went 3-4 and scored two runs. He doubled in the seventh inning and singled in the third and ninth innings.

Noah Jarboe got his second win for the Klamath Falls Gems despite allowing five runs over five innings. Jarboe struck out four, walked two and gave up five hits.

Jefferson Gray was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked one and struck out four.
