Jordan Ross went 2-3, sparking the Spokane (11-3) to an 11-6 victory over the Clackamas (2-8) on Saturday at Clackamas Community College Sof.
He singled in the third innings and doubled in the fifth inning.The Clackamas had no answer for Enrique Martinez, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Martinez held the Clackamas hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.
Drew Martin-Cohn had an impressive outing against the Spokane's lineup. The Spokane managed just one hit off of Martin-Cohn, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three during his six innings of work.
