The Treasure Valley (1-1) outlasted the Chemeketa (1-1) at Elks Memorial 8-7 on Friday after 11 innings.

With the score tied at seven, Chase Swainston came to the plate and singled, bringing home Nolan Jekich.

Cole Jones racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Treasure Valley. He tripled in the first inning and singled in the fifth innings.

Tony McCarty baffled the Chemeketa, striking out five batters. McCarty allowed no earned runs, five hits and three walks over five innings.

Kyler Harris got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed two runs over three innings. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered three hits.

Ethan Bragg (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out two, and allowed one run.
