An awesome effort by Christian Jarnagin spurred the Everett (19-3) to a 2-0 win over the Shoreline (6-18) on Saturday at Everett Memorial Stadium .

Jarnagin struck out 10, paving the way for a the Everett win. The Everett's pitcher gave up just three hits over seven shutout innings.

Despite the loss, the Shoreline's Payton Mackin dominated the Everett's batters, giving up one run and striking out five.

Mackin ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year.
