Jay Becker went 2-4, sparking the Mt. Hood (13-14) to a 6-2 victory over the Linn-Benton (16-12) on Saturday at Mt. Hood .

Cobi Johnson put together a nice outing. The Linn-Benton managed just two hits off of the the Mt. Hood's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his five innings of work.

Jordan Thompson had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the fourth and ninth innings.

David Wallum couldn't get it done on the mound for the Linn-Benton, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 7 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out four.
