Wednesday was a great day for Cameron Walker, as Walker tossed eight scoreless innings to carry the Walla Walla (23-16) to a 4-0 victory over the Big Bend (23-15) at Warrior Field .

The Walla Walla scored four runs in the first inning to build an early lead. The Walla Walla scored in the first on a two-run single by Josh Kutzke, an RBI single by Garrett March, and an error.

Kutzke racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Walla Walla.

Tyler Winkler couldn't get it done on the hill for the Big Bend, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
