The Columbia Basin (14-3) continued to pile up the runs on Wednesday, scoring four runs in the last two innings, on the way to an 11-1 landslide win over the Big Bend (11-2) at Columbia Basin Baseball Field.

Tanner Simpson had an impressive outing against the Big Bend's lineup. The Big Bend managed just one hit off of Simpson, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his five innings of work.
Tyler Winkler couldn't get it done on the mound for the Big Bend, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked none and struck out five.
