The Lane (21-9) blew out the SW Oregon 8-2 on Saturday at SWOCC Athletic Fields after pouring on five runs in the fifth inning.

Ben Giland went a perfect 2-2 at the dish for the Lane. He singled in the first and third innings.

Landen Bourassa brought the heat against the SW Oregon (10-25) during his outing. Bourassa gave up just two hits, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out seven during his 4 2/3 innings of work.

Dylan Pearce (4-2) took the loss for the SW Oregon. He lasted just four innings, walked four, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
