Tres Barrera went 1-1, helping the Orleans Firebirds (27-10) to a 3-0 victory over the Bourne Braves (17-18) on Monday at Doran Park.

The Orleans Firebirds got the win thanks in large part to Mitchell Jordan's dominant, seven-strikeout performance. The Orleans Firebirds' pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only three hits.

Despite the loss, the Bourne Braves' Nick Jensen-Clagg dominated the Orleans Firebirds' batters, giving up zero runs and striking out eight.

Gavin Pittore (1-1) took the loss for the Bourne Braves. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed one run.
