The Phipps Park Barracudas (8-4) and the Pompano Beach Clippers (11-2) both had scoring chances on Sunday, but it was the Phipps Park Barracudas that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 6-2 win at Pompano Beach Park.

Peter Rivera reached base three times in the game for the Phipps Park Barracudas. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He doubled in the third inning.

Anthony Delaney had an impressive outing against the Pompano Beach Clippers' lineup. The Pompano Beach Clippers managed just three hits off of the the Phipps Park Barracudas' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his three innings of work.

Mitch Reeves was hot from the plate for the Pompano Beach Clippers. Reeves went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the seventh inning and singled in the ninth inning.

Jordan Poore recorded his first win of the year for the Phipps Park Barracudas. He allowed one run over three innings. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered two hits.

Andrew Lysy (2-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked three, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
