The Jamestown Jammers (13-4) and the Champion City Kings (4-11) each put runners in scoring position on Saturday, but the Jamestown Jammers capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 7-6 win at Diethrick Park, Jamestown, NY.

Vinny Mallaro racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Jamestown Jammers. He homered in the fourth inning.

Hunter Jobe had an impressive outing against the Champion City Kings' lineup. The Champion City Kings managed just two hits off of the the Jamestown Jammers' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.

Eric Peterson got on base four times in the game for the Champion City Kings. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the first, third, and seventh innings.

Pat Mace got his second win for the Jamestown Jammers despite allowing six runs over six innings. Mace struck out three, walked two and gave up seven hits.

Brian Bullock was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked four and struck out three.
