Leonardo Jose Ochoa racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Qu��bec. He homered in the fifth inning.

Jacob Gosselin Deschenes pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and one walk while striking out two.

Troy Bishop improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the New Brunswick. Bishop struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

Samuel Ouellet ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
