The Bay Area Tide outdone by Knudson and the Top Speed Baseball, 6-3

Steven Knudson went 2-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Top Speed Baseball (31-5) to a 6-3 victory over the Bay Area Tide on Monday at Drake High.

He singled in the first inning and homered in the third inning.

Bret Bowyer had an impressive outing against the Bay Area Tide's lineup. The Bay Area Tide managed just one hit off of Bowyer, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his 2 2/3 innings of work.

The Bay Area Tide were led by Reagan Mcgraw's hitting. Mcgraw went 2-4 and scored one run. He singled in the first and sixth innings.

Cody Ball improved to 3-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Top Speed Baseball. Ball struck out two, walked two and gave up four hits.

Reilly Lowrie took the loss for the Bay Area Tide. He allowed six runs in eight innings, walked four and struck out eight.
