Ryan Davis powered the Roswell Invaders (18-15) at the plate and on the hill Thursday, willing the Roswell Invaders to a 7-5 victory over the Trinidad Triggers.
The Roswell Invaders were led by Davis' hitting. Davis went 2-3, drove in one and scored two runs. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the fifth innings.
Davis racked up seven strikeouts in the the Roswell Invaders win. Davis allowed one earned run on four hits and five walks over eight innings.
Brian Frazier did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Trinidad Triggers (20-11), reaching base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the first and ninth innings.
Matt Horan couldn't get it done on the bump for the Trinidad Triggers, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out five.
