The Las Vegas Train Robbers (7-12) didn't stand a chance on Tuesday, as the White Sands Pupfish (13-8) captured a blowout 9-2 win at Apodoca Park.

Joe McCarty improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the White Sands Pupfish. He allowed two runs over five innings. McCarty struck out three, walked three and gave up five hits.
Casey Hood (1-2) took the loss for the Las Vegas Train Robbers. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked three and struck out seven.
