Lancelot Edwards went 2-4, sparking the Coral Springs Royals (4-9) to a 7-2 victory over the West Palm Beach Eagles (5-7) on Saturday at Coral Glades Sportsplex.
He singled in the second and third innings.Austin Willis-Greene struck out 10, paving the way for a the Coral Springs Royals win. Willis-Greene allowed no earned runs, four hits and no walks over five innings.
The West Palm Beach Eagles were led by Brad Myott's hitting. Myott went 3-4 and drove in one. He singled in the fourth and seventh innings and doubled in the ninth inning.
Ben Stine (0-1) took the loss for the West Palm Beach Eagles. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
