Barry Buchowski went 1-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Florida Pokers (10-16) to a 3-1 victory over the Phipps Park Barracudas (14-10) on Saturday at Forrest Hill H.S.

The Florida Pokers got the win thanks in large part to Dylan Drawdy's dominant, eight-strikeout performance. The Florida Pokers' pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only three hits.

A bright spot for the Phipps Park Barracudas in the defeat was Kyle Keatts, who allowed only one run while striking out six.

Keatts ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year.
