Christian Garabedian racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Delray Beach Lightning. He singled in the fourth and fifth innings.

The Phipps Park Barracudas couldn't get anything going so long as Ethan Hanson was on the hill. Hanson gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out five during his three innings of work.

Despite the loss, the Phipps Park Barracudas' Raymond Catena dominated the Delray Beach Lightning's batters, giving up zero runs and striking out six.

Jack Simons ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed one run.
