The Palm Beach Xtreme (20-14)'s three first-inning runs built an early lead that helped bring home a 3-2 win over the Delray Beach Lightning (16-16) on Monday at Miller Park.

The Palm Beach Xtreme scored in the first on a solo home run by Derek Fritz and a three-run home run by Fritz.

Fritz racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Palm Beach Xtreme.

Brady Acker pitched lights out for the Palm Beach Xtreme. Acker held the Delray Beach Lightning hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

Ethan Hanson (3-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
