Alec Dowell went 1-3 as the Palm Beach Xtreme (4-1) took home a 4-1 victory over the Palm Beach Blazers (1-2) at Spanish River High School on Monday.

Jonathan Wake had an impressive outing against the Palm Beach Xtreme's lineup. The Palm Beach Xtreme managed just two hits off of Wake, who allowed two earned runs, walked two and struck out three during his five innings of work.
Robert Guarnieri got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He allowed one run over five innings. Guarnieri struck out three, walked three and gave up three hits.
Joshua Hurford couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Palm Beach Blazers, taking a loss. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
