Ryan Cox went a perfect 5-5 at the plate for the Utica Brewers. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the third, sixth, seventh, and ninth innings.
Joe King improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Adirondack Trail Blazers. King struck out one, walked none and gave up one hit.
Alec Morrison (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
