A gem on the rubber by Jacob Wloczewski wasn't enough to carry the Newark Pilots (20-30) to a win on Wednesday, as the Newark Pilots fell to the Glens Falls Dragons (22-28) 2-1 at East Field, Glens Falls NY in 12 innings.

The Glens Falls Dragons' lineup had no answer for Wloczewski. The Glens Falls Dragons managed just two hits off of Wloczewski, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out five during his eight innings of work.

A walk-off double by Tyler Phillips gave the Glens Falls Dragons the win.

Phillips paced the Glens Falls Dragons at the plate. Phillips went 2-5 and drove in one. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the twelfth inning.

Robert Hardy improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Glens Falls Dragons. Hardy struck out six, walked none and gave up one hit.
