Anthony Rocco kept the Elmira Pioneers (3-4) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Saugerties Stallions (5-4) beat the Elmira Pioneers, 5-1.

Rocco struck out three and allowed one walk and four hits.

Dylan Sprague reached base three times in the game for the Saugerties Stallions. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the first innings and doubled in the third innings.

Jared Proctor pitched lights out for the Elmira Pioneers. The Saugerties Stallions managed just three hits off of Proctor, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out four during his six innings of work.

Proctor couldn't get it done on the hill for the Elmira Pioneers, taking a loss.
