The Top Speed Baseball jump on the California Glory early and coast to 23-0 win

The Top Speed Baseball (28-5) continued to pile up the runs on Thursday, scoring eight runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 23-0 landslide win over the California Glory at College of Alameda.

The Top Speed Baseball scored eight runs in the seventh on the Top Speed Baseball scored in the seventh on a two-run single by Mike Lewandowski, an RBI single by Adam Vasil, a two-run single by Ricky Rodriguez, an RBI double by Matt Martinez, an RBI single by Jacob Carrera, and a sacrifice fly by Sam Davison.

The California Glory couldn't get anything going so long as Nick Morehead was on the hill. Morehead held the California Glory hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Cody Ball recorded his second win of the year for the Top Speed Baseball. He struck out two, walked three and surrendered no hits.

Wallen was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed 23 runs in six innings, walked eight and struck out five.

The Top Speed Baseball hammered the California Glory pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 13 hits, 12 RBIs and 10 runs scored.
