The Top Speed Baseball (27-5) rolled over the San Francisco Seagulls (18-15) 9-3 on Sunday at Drake High after a five-run rally in the first inning.
Mike Lewandowski racked up five RBIs on two hits for the Top Speed Baseball. He homered in the first inning and doubled in the third inning.
Jake Pannunzio had an impressive outing against the San Francisco Seagulls' lineup. Pannunzio held the San Francisco Seagulls hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.
Eric Gleese improved to 3-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Top Speed Baseball. He allowed three runs over 5 2/3 innings. Gleese struck out three, walked two and gave up four hits.
Josh Eclavea couldn't get it done on the hill for the San Francisco Seagulls, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked four and struck out three.
