Miller helps the San Francisco Seagulls down the Sacramento Legends 10-7

Nathan Miller had three RBIs, sparking the San Francisco Seagulls (3-3) to a 10-7 victory over the Sacramento Legends on Saturday at Fairmont Field.

He tripled in the second inning.

Denis Shanagher brought the heat against the Sacramento Legends during his outing. The Sacramento Legends managed just one hit off of Shanagher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Drake Atlee racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Sacramento Legends. He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

The San Francisco Seagulls had no answer for Tim Hall, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Hall held the San Francisco Seagulls hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none.

Jared Koenig improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the San Francisco Seagulls. He allowed four runs over five innings. He struck out seven, walked three and surrendered four hits.

Matt Maher (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 10 runs in six innings, walked four and struck out three.
