The South Bay Storm (16-30) continued to pile up the runs on Wednesday, scoring seven runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 22-1 win over the San Mateo Rounders at CSU East Bay.

Garret Kelly racked up three RBIs on three hits for the South Bay Storm. He tripled in the first and seventh innings.

Ross Slaney brought the heat against the San Mateo Rounders during his outing. Slaney held the San Mateo Rounders hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

The South Bay Storm pounded the San Mateo Rounders pitching, as seven hitters combined for 15 hits, 19 RBIs and 14 runs scored.

Eric Burns took the loss for the San Mateo Rounders. He allowed 15 runs in six innings, walked six and struck out none.
