The Nashua Silver Knights (24-24) came out firing, but couldn't hang on to the lead, ending up on the losing side of a 3-1 ballgame against the Bristol Blues (27-21) on Saturday at Muzzy Field.

While the Nashua Silver Knights led until the sixth inning, the Bristol Blues worked their way back and took the lead on an RBI double by Liam Scafariello.

George Lund handled the Nashua Silver Knights' lineup with ease, racking up five strikeouts. Lund allowed one earned run on four hits and five walks over 5 2/3 innings.

Ty Robinson recorded his second win of the year for the Bristol Blues. Robinson struck out one, walked two and gave up no hits.

Matthew Messier couldn't get it done on the mound for the Nashua Silver Knights, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
