The Brockton Rox (21-13) put in a full day's work in an 11-inning, 5-4 win over the Pittsfield Suns (16-17) Sunday at Wahconah Park.

With the score tied at four, Joe Drpich came to the plate and singled, plating Billy Endris.

It was a good day at the plate for the Brockton Rox's Endris. Endris went 2-4 and scored three runs. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the ninth inning.

Trent Berg struck out five hitters en route to the the Brockton Rox win. Berg allowed two earned runs, four hits and two walks over 5 2/3 innings.

Connor Johnson pitched lights out for the Pittsfield Suns. Johnson held the Brockton Rox hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

Dom Grillo ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
