The North Shore Navigators (18-10) beat the Brockton Rox (15-12) 7-6 on Wednesday at Campanelli Stadium behind Brandon Fischer, who drove in three runs.

Taso Stathopolous picked up the win for the North Shore Navigators. Stathopolous allowed two earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out five over six innings of work.

Austin Filiere reached base three times in the game for the Brockton Rox. He singled in the second inning.

Andrew David had an impressive outing against the North Shore Navigators' lineup. The North Shore Navigators managed just one hit off of the the Brockton Rox's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his five innings of work.

John McGinty (1-1) took the loss for the Brockton Rox. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
