Steve Xirinachs kept the Brockton Rox (12-9) off the board during his six innings of work and the North Shore Navigators (14-8) beat the Brockton Rox, 2-0.

Xirinachs allowed three hits, three walks and struck out six.

It was a good day at the plate for the North Shore Navigators' Brandon Fischer. Fischer went 1-2, drove in one and scored one run. He tripled in the first inning.

Conor Russell (0-1) took the loss for the Brockton Rox. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
