A walk-off single from Tommy Marcinczyk brought home the winning run for the Brockton Rox (11-8) in an 8-7 victory over the Torrington Titans (9-9) in 11 innings at Campanelli Stadium on Saturday.

It was a good day at the plate for the Brockton Rox's Marcinczyk. Marcinczyk went 2-6, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the third and eleventh innings.

Tommy Stoffel pulled double duty, leading the Brockton Rox on both offense and defense in the win.

Stoffel reached base three times in the game for the Brockton Rox. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He doubled in the third inning.

Stoffel put together a nice outing. The Torrington Titans managed just two hits off of Stoffel, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one during his 3 1/3 innings of work.

Isaiah Rivera was solid at the plate for the Torrington Titans. Rivera went 2-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Colby Tollison (1-1) took the loss for the Torrington Titans. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
