Clay Conaway hopes every outing could go as well as Saturday, as Conaway allowed two hits to carry the Nashua Silver Knights (7-5) to a 4-3 victory over the North Shore Navigators (9-6) at Fraser Field.
The Nashua Silver Knights had no answer for Trevor Massey, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Massey held the Nashua Silver Knights hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one.
Jamie Lauria (0-2) took the loss for the North Shore Navigators. He lasted just four innings, walked four, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
