Lewis' single gives the Orleans Firebirds walk-off win over the Hyannis Harbor Hawks, 5-4

A walk-off single from Kyle Lewis brought home the winning run for the Orleans Firebirds (20-8) in a 5-4 victory over the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (16-12) in 10 innings at Eldredge Park on Sunday.

Lewis had a hot bat for the Orleans Firebirds. Lewis went 2-6 and drove in one. He singled in the tenth inning.

Bobby Dalbec got on base three times in the game for the Orleans Firebirds. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Sean Watkins had an impressive outing against the Hyannis Harbor Hawks' lineup. Watkins gave up just two hits, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.

Jared Carkuff recorded his first win of the year for the Orleans Firebirds. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Marc Skinner was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked three, struck out none, and allowed one run.
