He doubled in the first inning and singled in the seventh inning.It was a good day at the plate for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox's Gio Brusa. Brusa went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the eighth inning.
Kevin Roy improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. Roy struck out none, walked two and gave up no hits.
Brandon Bailey was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed five runs.
