Zac Gallen kept the Orleans Firebirds (14-6) off the board during his six innings of work and the Chatham Anglers (11-10) beat the Orleans Firebirds, 4-2.

Gallen allowed two hits, two walks and struck out eight.

Zack Short was hot from the plate for the Chatham Anglers. Short went 2-2 and drove in one. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Alex Call was solid at the plate for the Orleans Firebirds. Call went 3-5 and scored one run. He singled in the first, eighth, and ninth innings.

Kyle Serrano couldn't get it done on the hill for the Orleans Firebirds, taking a loss. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
