Colin Lyman went 2-4, helping the Brewster Whitecaps (7-8) to a 7-2 victory over the Bourne Braves (6-8) on Friday at Doran Park.

The Bourne Braves had no answer for Jacob Jenkins, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Jenkins gave up just three hits, allowed one earned run, walked three and struck out four during his five innings of work.

Alex Robles couldn't get it done on the hill for the Bourne Braves, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
