Adam Lopez handled the Traverse City Beach Bums' lineup with ease, racking up four strikeouts. Lopez allowed no earned runs, four hits and one walk over five innings.

Kendall Patrick racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He singled in the third and sixth innings.

Brandon Cowan recorded his second win of the year for the Southern Illinois Miners. He allowed three runs over one inning. Cowan struck out one, walked one and gave up three hits.
