Zach Kometani went 1-3 as the River City Rascals (49-37) took home a 5-0 victory over the Windy City ThunderBolts (36-50) at Standard Bank Stadium on Wednesday.

Joe Pavlovich brought the heat against the Windy City ThunderBolts during his outing. The Windy City ThunderBolts managed just three hits off of Pavlovich, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out three during his five innings of work.

Pete Whittingslow pitched lights out for the Windy City ThunderBolts. Whittingslow held the River City Rascals hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two.

Cameron Giannini (4-1) took the loss for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
