Jake Rhodes racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He singled in the second inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Michael Shreves picked up the win for the Traverse City Beach Bums. Shreves pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out three.

Nate Roberts racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Joliet Slammers. He singled in the sixth inning and homered in the ninth inning.

David Kubiak (5-5) took the loss for the Joliet Slammers. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
